The Cool Party

My son went to the coolest party last weekend. One of his friends comes from a family of Vegas performers. They had all these wild costumes and matching birthday cake toppers. There little skits that were performed and they even had a few zoo animals that the kids could pet. When I dropped him off I saw all of this cool stuff and I wanted to get a closer look. I met the parents and they told me that I should stay for the festivities, so I did.
As the kids put on the stylish birthday hats and headed out back to play, all the adults migrated inside. There was a fine buffet on the table and they had several games playing on several flat screens. Some of the family member were pretty serious gamblers, so as the games played you could hear them cheering and screaming at the TVs. It was a real wild time.
By the time they brought the cake out I was exhausted. It was a glorious chocolate triple layer cake with huge birthday candles on it. The boy could barely blow them out they were so big. The whole afternoon was fun and it was the best party that I had ever been to.
