If you are looking for a way to show your customer’s that you care about their business you should consider investing in some plastic cards that you can pass out to encourage customers to come back to your business. The charm of most loyalty cards is that you can hand them out to customers as they come through your store and explain to them on the spot the advantages of registering their card and using it every time that they shop in your store. The even better part of handing out these cards is that you get to choose what types of rewards to offer them based on what your business has to offer or what you think your respective customer base will enjoy.
For example, if you run a small coffee shop you may want to choose a loyalty card that can easily be stamped every time a coffee is purchased, and at five stamps the next coffee is free. It may seem silly, but little rewards such as these often entice customers to choose your business over another. Therefore, you may want to think about what type of discounts would be best suited to your customers and then offer them accordingly so that you can rest assured that your customer’s will be back in your door.
